The offered utility model is related to the field of civil engineering, namely to the construction of the hotels, recreation centers, office complexes, exhibition centers and can be constructed at seismically hazardous ground.

The characteristic feature of the Crystal fir tree building is its enhanced durability, ecological compatibility and uniqueness. The offered utility model can be used to start wide PR campaign as base for obtaining the socially responsible structure status and for creation of a unique style.

The building consists of an underground parking site, living quarters, restaurant and a spherical movie theater. This structure in any condition gives to the building a peculiar architectural expressiveness and is designed to maximally satisfy its own needs in electric power by the means of mounting solar batteries on the building surface. The problem of maximizing the space to mount solar batteries is effectively solved due to the conical shape of the building in which higher levels only minimally block access of sunlight to the bottom levels. When the space of bottom and medium levels of the building is sufficiently big the floor covering cantilevers can be supported with wall columns and reinforced with stressed steel cables loaded into steel conduits.

This kind of structure maximally helps to make the Crystal fir tree building highly durable, which is a determinant factor in the process of construction in seismically hazardous areas in connection with big number of people in the building.

Using the sequential decrease of floor squares helps to solve the problem of full electric power support of the building. Solar battery panels mounted along the external floor surfaces give power to the users via corresponding equipment. The utility model has a three–dimensional block as a foundation, supporting frame made as the central rigid core - cast-in-situ reinforced concrete column with mounted on it tiers of cantilevers and auxiliary perimeter cantilevers. This core carries floors with housings, closed on the outside with walling elements, elevator systems, water, heat, power supply systems, sewer system and fire escapes.

The basic substantial advantages of the utility model in comparison with its existing analogs are:

The construction of the building according to the described technology can be performed with the use of existing technologies, equipment and materials that are widely available in the market and with no need in processing lines modernization and expensive materials.

The author had calculated that the use of the utility model as a seven floor building the total constructing site square will be 900 square meters. The described building will have five living quarters’ floors, a parking site, a floor used as a restaurant and a floor used as a movie theater (total height 51 m) and 75 hotel rooms with total square 1 250 square meters. This ratio is not constant and can be modified according to users’ wishes and characteristics.
The owner of the patent will consider all offers and forms of cooperation with potential partners concerning the licensing, legal rights transfer, utility model realizing. Also author can provide consultations in working out engineering documentation and construction of the offered building.
